1. How do I place an order?
To place an order, please visit our product pages. Simply place the items in your cart, and proceed to our secure checkout process. We would love to help you with the order process if you have any questions, and we encourage you to reach out to us if there is anything we can do to help!
2. Payment & Shipping
Your order will be fulfilled and shipped within 3 business days of purchase. If we are unable to fulfill your order in this allotted time, you will be notified by email. Please email us at WyomingFrontierExchange@gmail.com within 24 hours of payment to cancel the order. If your email is received more than 24 hours after payment is received, we can not guarantee your order will be cancelled.
3. Secure Ordering & Payment Options
Wyoming Frontier Exchange processes all payments through a secure checkout process. Payment options include credit card & debit card.
4. Returns & Refunds
Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund if the item was not used, worn, or laundered. Items may be exchanged for a different size, only if the item has not been used, worn or laundered. The purchaser is responsible for the shipping cost of any items being returned or exchanged. In the event the need for a return or refund was our mistake, we will gladly cover the return shipping cost. Please email us at WyomingFrontierExchange@gmail.com to begin the refund or exchange process. Refunds will take between 20-30 days to process.
